Serve It Forward Jamaica

About Us

Many communities across Jamaica face limited access to healthcare, medications, and preventative services. Economic challenges and weak infrastructure often lead to untreated illnesses and reduced wellbeing, while opportunities for youth engagement remain limited.

Serve It Forward (SIF) was created to change that.

We bring free medical care directly to underserved communities through mobile missions, offering consultations, screenings, HIV testing, and home visits when needed. Our team of doctors, nurses, medical students, and volunteers works together to provide quality care where it’s needed most. To date, we’ve served over 1,400 patients and distributed more than 1,600 medications across St. James, Trelawny, and Westmoreland.

Beyond healthcare, we support communities through food distribution, educational materials, and recreational activities that bring people together. With the support of our digital patient system and online platform, we also help ensure care continues even after the mission ends.

Our Goal

To improve access to healthcare and strengthen community wellbeing in underserved communities through sustained mobile medical outreach and integrated social support services.
